• Investigating customer complaints, identifying root cause of problems

• Conducting Internal Audits and Supplier Evaluations

• Providing support during Customer, Certification and Surveillance Audits

• Collecting data and identifying opportunities for improvement

• Providing quality and environmental training and coaching
